Grande Prairie City Hall

Completion: 2003
Size: ± 4,840 sq.m.
Location: Grande Prairie, Alberta

Originally built to accommodate doctors’ offices and medical clinics, Theodore Court was designed to be highly functional with built-in flexibility. The multi-purpose mechanical and electrical design allowed for easy adaptation to the needs of a multitude of users. The design allows easy access to floor, ceiling and wall spaces as well as providing abundant natural light to occupied interior spaces.

When it was proposed to renovate Theodore Court into the new City Hall for the City of Grande Prairie, our firm is proud to have been chosen to complete this work and the new City Hall opened for business in July 2003 with the new Council Chambers being completed in early 2004.
