Fort St. John City Hall

Year: 2006
Location: Fort St. John, British Columbia

The Ft. St. John City Hall renovation was not only a facility restoration but also a remodeling of the City’s image. The project aimed to be a reflection of the growth and future potential of this energetic city.

The 28,000 ft2 renovation required extensive contractor coordination and the cooperation of staff who continued to work in the facility throughout the renovation.

The envelope was upgraded with high R-Value insulated wall panels and new energy efficient windows and roofing. The interior was modernized and re-organized to provide all departments with their own space and work areas. The Council Chambers were re-modeled and state-of-the-art audio, video and data systems were provided.
