Crystal Park School

Chosen by the American Association of School Administrators and the American Institute of Architects for display at the 1985 Exhibition of School Architecture, Crystal Park School was the first facility in Northern Alberta designed specifically to accommodate special needs students. The school incorporates a full K-9 curriculum and was designed to provide the highest quality of caregiving and educational opportunities to students with a wide range of disabilities. Integration at all levels is encouraged through large open common areas and shared facilities including gymnasium, library, cafeteria and swimming pool.
